For first time patients, please call 617-860-3883 to make an appointment or if you have questions. We encourage our current patients to register with the Easy Care Pediatrics Patient Portal. This is the best way to keep in touch with our staff during business hours. Our pediatric nurse checks the portal for messages every hour on the hour, to address any matters that require attention.
If you are experiencing a critical health-related emergency, be sure to call 911 first, and then call us if necessary.
For urgent needs, someone at Easy Care Pediatrics is always available, either in the office or on call.

We are open Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm.
We do have some availability on Saturdays.
We can be flexible with appointment times, so please contact us if your needs are outside these hours.

Before your appointment, please check the Patient Portal, or call our office, to see if there are any forms you will need to fill out and/or sign and bring with you.
For prescription refills or renewals, send an email through the Patient Portal.
Please include: Patient's name, DOB, pharmacy, medication, dosage, phone number and any other relevant information.
If you know in advance that you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment, please call us at 617-860-3883, or send a note through our Patient Portal. We will be happy to reschedule you.
